As human beings navigating this reality I’m sure this is one we’ve all struggled with at one time or another. The feeling of losing control or needing to be “more” in control of the situation.

That is one of the illusions that the duality of this experience leads us to believe…  that control is even possible.

We create all this unnecessary pressure for ourselves. To do the right thing or say the right thing to maintain that illusion and “create” the outcome we desire. The reality is that it is nothing we are “doing” that is bringing about those outcomes.  It is all about what we believe and how in alignment we are with the energy of what we desire.

If we logically know that there is truly no such thing as control, where does that innate need to have it come from?
