In this episode we welcome our beautiful friend Stephanie Cox on the podcast.  Stephanie is a professional massage and craniosacral therapist. (Voted best in Winston-Salem NC, I might add).

Many of us have heard of craniosacral work, and may have even had a session, but struggle to understand the mechanics of it. We may still question exactly what it is and how it works.  Stephanie herself is even among us.

Even though she has studied several modalities extensively and can adeptly explain what it does, she still remains at a loss as to exactly how it works.  We just know IT DOES.

Many of us on the podcast have had cranio sessions with Stephanie and more than one of us describe it as “lifechanging”.

Take this journey with us as Stephanie describes how craniosacral therapy searches for the “health” in the system, not the “disease”.  And how working with the innate healing rhythms of the body allows our nervous system the space and safety to self regulate and heal.
