Is the world right side up or the up-side down?  Right now it seems to be getting harder and harder to tell. Is the timeline truly flipping on us or are we curating our experience through our own beliefs and inputs?

Everything about this reality, down to our own physiology, is designed to validate our experience. Whether for our benefit or determent.

If we default to a fear based mentality then everything we consume only conspires to support and reinforce that our fear is the most logical response.

So how do we ensure that we curate a timeline that is for the highest and best version of ourselves?
Or is it about the mindset we choose to embody as well as what we learn from the circumstances we experience?
